At Spector Bass Shop, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our instruments and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, tools, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Spector

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
